Do I need more than one estimate?

You are not required by Oregon law to obtain more than
one estimate before your vehicle is repaired. It is your RV
and your decision on the number of estimates you obtain
before beginning repairs.

How long will the repairs take?

Repair times vary depending on the severity of the
damage, availability of parts, and responsiveness of the
insurance company. We promise to have your vehicle
back on the road as quickly as possible. We have found it
to be very important to search out all manufacture parts as
quick as possible. From experience they can cause the
longest delays in the repair process. It has always been
our goal to keep the complete repair process moving so
we can have room for new jobs and keep our existing
customers happy.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

It’s always a good idea to call in first. That will insure an
estimator will be available. It’s not a must to call in though.
If you are driving by or are coming straight from the
accident. Stop by any time during business hours and as
a rule we can help right then.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely! Mobile Joe RV Collision Center guarantees its workmanship for as long as you own it. If there were any questions or concerns of any repairs, such as, a loose part or compromised sealer. It is important to contact us as soon as possible. This can get noticed during your routine maintenance and inspections. Please remember that all repairs need normal routine maintenance (a couple times a year) to find natural breakdown or wear and tear.
